Terms of Service

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your email and password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

Duetide is intended solely for legitimate business useby small organizations. You agree not to use the service for personal, family, or household purposes, and not to upload or store content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or that infringes any third party’s rights.

All plans begin with a 14-day free trial. Stripe-hosted checkout is used to start a paid subscription at the end of the trial; pricing is fixed at the published rate for your chosen plan at the moment you submit payment. You may cancel any time from the customer portal and continue using the service through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by [REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW] the policy defined below.

Trial messaging is distinct from paid-subscription revenue. The 14-day trial is not a paid period; recurring billing only begins after Stripe checkout succeeds for the plan you select.

You retain ownership of the records, documents, and metadata you provide. We process that data solely to operate the service: extraction when you upload a document, search and listing when you query your workspace, and email reminders according to the cadence you set. We do not sell your data.

Acceptable file types and per-file size limits are defined by the documents module in your deployment. We reserve the right to reject uploads that exceed those limits or that present a security risk.

Email reminders fire on the cadence you set per record on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any reminder will reach its intended recipient, and we do not guarantee delivery at a specific time. Duetide does not assume responsibility for the underlying obligation: you remain responsible for renewing licenses, permits, certifications, contracts, warranties, and every other record you track, regardless of whether a reminder arrives.

We target an operational uptime consistent with the documented infrastructure posture of the platform. We do not commit to a guaranteed uptime percentage and we do not credit accounts for missed reminders or temporary unavailability.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service; (b) interfere with rate limits, security controls, or the audit log; (c) use the service to send unsolicited communications to any third party; (d) impersonate another person or organization; or (e) use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that present an active security risk, or whose payment is in a final-failed state for an extended period. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to cure.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
